Terms of service
The rules, in plain words.
Last updated 11 October 2026. These terms cover kelumo.ai, the Kelumo API (api.kelumo.ai) and the Kelumo chat (chat.kelumo.ai). By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: support@kelumo.ai.
The service
Kelumo gives you access to open AI models through an API key and a browser chat, for a prepaid period (a day, a week or a month). The model names kelumo and kelumo-code stay the same; the models behind them can change, and every change is dated in the changelog.
Your key
- Your key is personal. Don't share it, post it, or put it in code you publish.
- If it leaks, tell us: we block it and send you a new one.
- We can block a key that is shared, resold or abused.
Payment and limits
- Access is prepaid. It starts once we have confirmed your payment and ends at the end of the period you paid for.
- Each key has a usage cap for its period. When you reach it, requests are refused until you renew.
- Prices are shown on your country's page and can change for future periods, never for a period you have already paid.
- If something goes wrong with a payment or your access, write to us and we will look at it.
Fair use
Don't use Kelumo to break the law, harm others, send spam or malware, try to get around the service's limits or security, or resell access. The model providers' own usage rules also apply.
AI answers
AI models make mistakes. Check what they produce, especially code, before you rely on it or run it. You are responsible for what you do with the answers. What you write and what you get back is yours.
Availability
We work to keep Kelumo running, but we can't promise it will never stop or slow down. We may change or end features, and we tell users before a change that affects them.
Liability
Kelumo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the current period.
Ending access
You can stop using Kelumo at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the date above and note it in the changelog. Your use after a change means you accept the new terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
